Thanks for your continued interest in and support of our community initiatives. We appreciate your engagement and would like to invite you to attend July’s Infrastructure/Land Use committee meeting.

The Infrastructure & Land Use Committee works to support thoughtful development, preservation, transportation, sustainability, and neighborhood planning initiatives affecting our community.
For full transparency, the following agenda will be worked through as an open discussion. I haven't had much time over the past couple of weeks to stay up to date. I'm hoping this meeting will be a great kickstart to July's objectives and goals.

- Draft 3 has been released!!! Please review the new zoning ordinance and map

Hi Jackson Ward Community Plan partners,
After engaging with the community on the proposed edits to the Jackson Ward Community Plan, we’ve been working to address the feedback and comments we’ve received. Understanding the importance of some of the details that we edited, we are making efforts to return them back to the Plan. We are hoping to share everything with you all next week.
Are you all available on Friday, September 18th for a 1:30-3:00 meeting? We may not need the entire time, but I want to reserve it just in case it is needed. Please let me know if you can attend. I would like for us to meet in-person, so I will reserve a room at the Main Library. However, if anyone needs to participate virtually because they cannot attend in-person, we can all agree to change the meeting location to City Hall & Microsoft Teams. Please let us know by Tuesday afternoon (the 15th) if you need to participate virtually so we can make arrangements. I will finalize the location for us shortly after.
I am looking forward to seeing you all and sharing this final version of the Plan which we hope to present to Planning Commission and City Council for adoption.
